The place was clean, and the staff, especially the manager, were very helpful; the room had functioning and neat utensils during our last stay.

Bed to small, room to small, complimentary breakfast was horrible. They kept the muffins and fruit behind the counter and you had to ask them for it. No type of juices. Horrible

Everything was good, including attentive and easygoing staff from the booking agent to the desk clerk. The location couldn't be more excellent in the South Bay. Plus, it was near Los Angeles and city center👌

Had a great one-night stay here! 😊 The breakfasts were delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

The location was great. The housekeepers really kept the rooms and hallways clean. The caretakers for the outside kept it looking nice.

Inside of the hotel always smell like marijuana. I had a nonsmoking room but it smelled just like cigarettes. Every time I left it seem like I had to get my card reactivated to get into my room it was so frustrating because I would have to walk all the way around to the front lobby to get in. Often times I would have bags in my hand.

The hotel is great with excellent employees, especially the manager. The location is stunning, just 12 miles away from the airport. It is situated in a fairly quiet area. A great restaurant on-site offers delicious Japanese dishes.

The staff were able to find me a sanitary napkin, the hotel itself does not carry feminine products.

The double size bed was a bit too hollow feeling. I felt too much spring and not enough mattress. :( The free breakfast was underwhelming, not much was left by 9am.

That the hotel let me cancel my stay and issued a refund for me.

Hotel wreaks of cigarettes and marijuana though the room I was staying in was supposed to be 'non-smoking'. Smell kept coming on strong all night, then in the morning, started up again. Incredible headache, packed and checked out right away! Also, other guests who stayed at this hotel looked quite shady in all the wrong ways.

The room we stayed in had just been renovated and was super clean. 🌟 The staff were really helpful and paid attention to our needs. The location in downtown LA was amazing and made our stay even better.

requested smoke free room, was assigned a smoking room. charged 10 dollars to upgrade for smoke free room.

The location is quite convenient and around 1.5miles there are lots of good Japanese food.

The room is ok size, but the bed is so small and not so clearance on the beddings and flour.

The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom, kitchenette, and utensils, we enjoyed our stay here; the location was convenient and walkable to all the places we wanted to visit.

The room was clean

There was an issue with the fridge leaking when we checked in. Staff never followed up with complaint. Also there was an issue with the sink. Came back into our room and the sink looked like it over filled and and black particles in it
